Seed & Spore LLC is a gourmet mushroom and microgreen urban farm located in Fargo, ND. We're committed to intentional growing and take pride in delivering beautiful specialty produce to our local communities. We believe that food is medicine and serves as a focal point for culture while nurturing relationships at the dinner table.

Microgreens are packed with nutrients such as potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, copper, beta-carotene, vitamins A, E, C, K, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folic acid), B12 (cobalamin), along with powerful polyphenols.

Our Box offers a current selection of the freshest harvests delivered straight to your door. Varieties such as: Pink, Blue, White Elm, and Branched Oyster; Piopinno/Black Poplar, Chestnut, Nameko, Lion's Mane, Bear Tooth, King Trumpet, and other featured mushrooms will be included.
Mushrooms offer a variety of rich proteins, beta-glucans, vitamins, and minerals such as selenium, choline, copper, iron, phosphorus, vitamin C, potassium, riboflavin (B-2), folate (B-9), thiamine (B-1), pantothenic acid (B-5), niacin (B-3), etc.
